Water line construction includes approximately 280 linear feet of open cut 8-inch, 3,680 linear feet of open cut 24-inch, 173 linear feet of jack and bore for 24-inch water line, 3,141 linear feet of open cut 36-inch, and 781 linear feet of jack and bore for 36-inch water lines and associated appurtenances. Wastewater construction includes approximately 662 linear feet of open cut 24-inch gravity wastewater line, trench safety and associated manholes in depths ranging up to 25 vertical feet, and 514 linear feet of jack and bore for 24-inch wastewater carrier pipes. The project also includes wastewater bypass pumping, abandonment of existing manholes, wet connections to existing small and large diameter water lines, salvaging fire hydrant assemblies, erosion controls, seeding, pavement restoration, traffic control and other incidentals required to complete the work.
