Luke Air Force Base intends to award a contract for Paint Booth Preventative Maintenance at Building 922. The contract will include a base year plus four option years. A site visit is scheduled for Monday, September 1, 2025, with the time to be determined. This will be the only scheduled site visit, and while attendance is not mandatory, it is highly encouraged. Confirmation of intent to attend must be submitted via email by Thursday, August 28, 2025, at 3:00 PM MST. Further instructions will be provided upon confirmation. All questions regarding the solicitation must be submitted via email no later than Friday, September 12, 2025, at 3:00 PM MST. Questions submitted after this deadline may not receive a response. The solicitation and its attachments will be posted on or about August 18, 2025. Funds are not currently available for this effort. No award will be made until funds become available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation at any time, with no obligation to reimburse offerors for any costs incurred. Location: Building 922, Luke Air Force Base, 14185 W.
