The City of Glendale is seeking a qualified consulting firm or team to provide design and construction administration services for sewer line improvements at various locations. The work will include verifying the existing condition of the sewer pipe and the location of existing utilities, developing the design documents, providing an engineer's cost opinion, and construction administration services. The project is for the rehabilitation of existing 8-inch and 10-inch sewer lines, involving the installation of cured-in-place-pipe (CIPP) liner in existing sewer pipe, the replacement of defective pipe, and the repair and coating of existing manholes. The scope of work requires the consultant to work closely with various City departments during all project phases and to verify the existing conditions of the selected sewer pipes and manholes. All interested firms must be registered as a vendor in order to submit a proposal.
