The selected contractors will be expected to deliver turn-key projects, including all permitting and compliance with regulatory requirements. This Job Order Contract will include work tasks as required on wet utility pipeline construction projects, including the rehabilitation and replacement of water, reclaimed water, wastewater, and stormwater distribution systems located within public right of way and easements. It may also include ancillary work within other city owned properties. Responses must comply with the requirements specified in the Request for Qualifications. Proposals must be submitted through the Vendor Self Service site. Any proposal received after the stated deadline will not be considered and will be returned to the submitting firm.
