The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, personnel, supervision, management, tools, equipment, transportation, materials, and any other items required for the installation of a (Vindicator) Duress system in Building 905 (78 ABW Headquarters) and Building 906 (RCP) located on Robins Air Force Base, Georgia, in accordance with the attached statement of work. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for firm-fixed-price commercial products prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6. Proposals are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. The contract is subject to the availability of appropriated funds, and no legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available and confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer. Location: 78 ABW Headquarters (Bldg. 905) and RCP (Bldg. 906), Robins Air Force Base, 215 Page Rd, Robins AFB, GA 31098, United States. In addition to this statement of work, any attached appendices, manufacturer standards, applicable US laws, commercial standards and business practices, there will be a required pre-bid site survey by all companies prior to bid
