A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Project has been cancelled County of Orange ("County") is soliciting proposals from qualified Contractors ("Respondents"), to provide Construction Manager at Risk ("CMAR") Services for CMAR for MISQ Maintenance Building Renovation Project ("Project") located at 10401 Warner Ave, Fountain Valley, CA 92708. The County has developed the project construction documents. The budget estimate is approximately $2,100,000.00. All questions/requests for interpretation are due: Thursday, September 11, 2025 by 2:00 pm Pacific Time. All questions and inquiries related to this RFP must be submitted via the Countys eProcurement Portal. Mandatory Pre-Submittal Meeting and Site Visit will be held on Wednesday, August 27, 2025 at 10:00 am local time and no one will be admitted after 10:10 am. The Meeting will be located at 10401 Warner Ave, Fountain Valley, CA 92708. At this meeting, County staff will discuss the Project, the scope of work and general contract issues. The PreSubmittal Meeting and Site Visit will be conducted one time only. Attendance and sign-in at the Pre-Submittal Meeting and Site Visit is required. Contractor must stay until the meeting has ended. Failure of any Respondent to attend this Mandatory Pre-Submittal Meeting and Site Visit shall constitute a substantial variation from the requirements of the Contract Documents and the Bid of any Bidder not in attendance will be rejected as non-responsive.
