Construction of all required paving improvements within the limits of construction. 3. Support and protection of existing utilities and facilities during construction, and removal and replacement or relocation of existing utilities in conflict with new construction. 4. All other work as identified in the Contract Documents and required for complete installation. 5. All work done under this Contract shall conform to all governing local, state , and federal ordinances and laws. CONTRACTOR shall arrange and pay for all cost of permits not already obtained by the OWNER and inspection fees and shall confine his operation to the limits set by law. 6.
