Sheboygan County Request for Bids Sheboygan County Health and Human Services Building Interior Improvements Sheboygan County is Soliciting Bids for the Provision of Interior Improvements of the Sheboygan County Health and Human Services Building 1011 North 8th Street, Sheboygan Wi 53081. The Project Involves Demolition of Existing Spaces and Improvements to Include General Construction, Plumbing, Electrical, Hvac, Ceilings and Floor Coverings Primarily on the 2nd and 3rd Floors of the Building. Bid Security in the Form of a Bid Bond, in an Amount of Not Less Than Five Percent (5%) of the Total Bid Amount Shall Accompany the Bids. In Addition, the Awarded Contractor Shall, Within Ten Days of Receipt of the Notice of Award, Provides the County With Performance and Payment Bond in the Amount of One-hundred Percent of the Total Bid Amount. Sheboygan County Reserves the Right to Reject Any Proposals Received, Cancel This Solicitation, Waive Any Informality Associated With the Proposal Process and Award the Contract Deemed to Be in the Best Interest ofSheboygan County. Question Deadline 08/26/2025 Proposers are to raise any questions they have about the RFP document without delay.
