The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and transportation necessary to remove and replace the existing vehicle barrier gates at the PKB Entry Points. The scope includes demolition and disposal of the current gate system, installation of new barrier gates, electrical work, and integration with existing access control systems. All work must comply with applicable codes and standards, and the contractor is responsible for ensuring the proper operation of the new gate system upon completion. Location: Joint Communications Support Element (JCSE), 7825 South Boundary Boulevard, MacDill Air Force Base, FL 33621. Place of Performance: JCSE 8532 Marina Bay Dr, MacDill AFB, FL 33621 Estimated Range $75,000 - $150,000 Site visit: 26 August 2025 Time: 11: 00 AM (EST)All vendors interested in attending the site visit must submit the following info if you do not already have base access via email to the Points of Contact (POCs) listed below prior to the scheduled site visit; last name, first name, middle initial, driver's license number, and the state it was issued from. Vendors who already possess base access are not required to submit this documentation. Vendors are limited to one person. All attendees will meet at the MacDill AFB Welcome Center and proceed to the project site as a group by 10:30AM. Important Access Information: MacDill AFB is a federal installation. All site visit participants must be U.S. citizens and present valid government-issued identification that complies with REAL ID requirements.
