The Town of Stratford is accepting proposals for the selection of a design/build firm to provide design and construction services for sports field lighting systems in the Stratford Community Campus located on John Joe Sark Drive in Stratford, PE. The project generally consists of the design and construction of field lighting systems for two (2) ballfields, including all controls, distribution panels, underground secondary distribution, commissioning and reinstatement. The Town of Stratford is under no obligation to award this project to the Proponent having the lowest fee estimate, or to any Proponent. The Proponent acknowledges that it shall have no claim against, or entitlement to damages from the Town of Stratford by reason of the Town's rejection of its proposal or of all proposals.
