Description

Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Stratford, Prince Edward Island. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

The Work generally includes but is not necessarily limited to providing all labour, materials and equipment to upgrade each existing lift station to include automatic transfer switches, standby diesel generators, cast in place concrete pads, modifications to the existing systems to accommodate the upgrades and associated reinstatement. Scope: Electrical upgrades at five lift stations: Bayside (17 Bayside Drive) East Keppoch (beside 184 Spinnaker Drive) Stonington (36 Tuckers Way) Skye Lane (100 Keppoch Road) Battery Point (13 Battery Point Drive) Includes: Supply and installation of standby diesel generators Automatic transfer switches (ATS) Concrete pads Modifications to existing systems SCADA integration Environmental and safety compliance Electronic copies of the documents may be obtained at the PEI Government Tenders Website www.princeedwardisland.ca/en/ Tenders, at the Town of Stratford Website www.townofstratford.ca, or by contacting CBCL Limited at rmcintosh@cbcl.ca.
