Renovation of a fire / police facility in Wantagh, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
The project is awarded to Long Island Roofing & Repairs Service Corp but the awarded amount is not available. Wantagh Fire District plans to replace the HVAC ductwork insulation in connection with a new TPO roof at Station #1 located at 3470 Park Ave in Wantagh, NY 11793. The Fire District is also considering replacing all the existing rooftop ductwork insulation (alternate #1), adding cement board on top of the new ductwork insulation (alternate #2) and repainting the rooftop dunnage (alternate #3). All RFIs must be submitted by Thursday, August 21, 2025 by 2:00pm. The intent of this Bid request is to obtain an offer to perform work for Replacement of the Roof of Station #1 located at 3470 Park Ave, Wantagh, NY 11793 for a Stipulated Sum contract, in accordance with the Contract Documents. A Maintenance/Warranty Bond of 100% of contract price for one year after final completion must be provided.
