Reference Number 0000396035 The City of Yonkers (the "City") wishes to enter into a twelve (12) month contract with a qualified Contractor to provide On-Call Roofing Contracting Services at various locations throughout the City. The successful Contractor must be an authorized installer of Carlisle, Johns Manville, Silplast, GAF, and Versico Roofing Systems. In addition, the winning Contractor must demonstrate a minimum of 10 years of experience in the installation and repair of commercial roofing systems. All Service provided by Contractor to the City shall comply with all federal, state, and local laws, regulations and codes from time to time established with respect to such Roofing Service.
