The Description and Location of the Project Are as Follows: For the Rehabilitation of the Existing Bridge Over Cayuta Creek and North Southern Railroad Including Superpave Base, Binder, Scratch, and Wearing Courses, Milling of Existing Concrete Bridge Deck, Concrete Deck Repair, Lighting on the Bridge Structure, and Other Miscellaneous Construction Within an Overall Length of 940.00 Linear Feet (0.18 Miles) All as Indicated on the Approved Drawings Included in the Bid Package for State Route 1062, Section 005 From 0.2 Miles East of the Intersection With Sr 199 at Segment 0012, Offset 0000 to Approximately 0.2 Miles West of the Intersection With T- 884 Ellistown Road at Segment 0020, Offset 0214 Sayre Borough, Bradford County.
