The City of Independence, Missouri, (City) is seeking bids from gas suppliers to supply natural gas fuel for its gas-fired generating units located at Blue Valley Station and its combustion turbine electric generating units located at Station H. These Stations are currently receiving gas delivered through the distribution facilities of Spire Inc. Questions must be submitted through Public Purchase at www.publicpurchase.com. The City reserves the right to provide such questions and answers to all prospective bidders in the form of an addendum to the ITB. The deadline for questions is 5:00 p.m. local time, August 26, 2025.
