Replacement of the existing roof system at the Thomas Wolfe Auditorium located at 87 Haywood Street in downtown Asheville, NC. Work includes removal of the existing roof down to the structural deck and installation of a new membrane roof system, sheet metal flashing, roof drains and accessories necessary to provide a complete, watertight roof assembly. The primary auditorium roof experienced significant damage from Hurricane Helene. The City anticipates that this Contract may be financed in whole or in part with Federal and or State funding (ref: Incident #20240924 Tropical System Helene).
