Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in Harrison Hot Springs, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

The Village of Harrison Hot Springs (the Village) is looking to make exterior upgrades to the Village Office located at 495 Hot Springs Road to FireSmart standards, while maintaining the building's heritage appearance. The following Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to, supply, delivery, installation, provision of all labour, supervision, equipment, tools, materials, transportation, and incidentals necessary for upgrade work, survey, layout, site management and safety, as well as quality control testing and measures needed to complete the work: Removal and disposal of existing wooden siding Installation of house wrap and rain screen in accordance with BC Building Code Supply and installation of new James Hardie Lap Siding Supply and installation of James Hardie trim Caulking and paint touch ups Removal and disposal of existing soffits Supply and installation of new soffits Optional Removal and disposal of existing stairs Supply and installation of new entrance stairs Removal and disposal of existing porch railings Supply and installation of new aluminum railings
