Site work for a road / highway in Harrison Hot Springs, British Columbia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
The successful proponent will be responsible for reviewing existing site conditions and recommending the scope of repairs necessary to provide a durable and satisfactory finished roadway. The contractor shall provide all labour, materials, equipment, traffic control, supervision, and incidentals required to complete the work. The Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to: Mobilization and demobilization Assessment of existing roadway conditions and recommendation of appropriate repairs, including any removals, base repairs, and other measures necessary to address areas of surface cracking and deterioration Traffic control and public safety measures Asphalt removal, preparation, repair, and paving, as required Adjustment of utility covers and related infrastructure, as required Restoration of areas impacted by construction Disposal of waste materials and site cleanup Information provided verbally by Village staff will not be binding on the Village and will not be considered in any form or manner in the evaluation of the proposals. Questions regarding this RFP should be submitted in writing via email. The authorized contact person for this RFP as the Village representative will be Director of Operations, Jace Hodgson . The Village will respond to proponent enquiries via email.
