It is the sole responsibility of the bidder to ensure that its bid is deposited at the City's office at the above address. Only bids received before the above-mentioned date and time will be considered. Tenderers with an establishment in Quebec or in a territory covered by an intergovernmental market liberalization agreement applicable to the City in the context of this call for tenders are eligible to bid on this call for tenders, i.e. the Canadian Free Trade Agreement, the Quebec and New Brunswick Government Procurement Liberalization Agreement, and the Quebec-Ontario Trade and Cooperation Agreement. The City assumes no responsibility for the fact that written notices or any other documents transmitted electronically are incomplete or contain errors or omissions. Consequently, all bidders must ensure that they obtain all documents related to this call for tenders before submitting their bid.
