Reference number: 20134770 Deadline for receipt of complaints 2026-04-08 There is provision for a tendering process for each tender No Expected duration of the contract without options (in months) 9 Description The City of Windsor is seeking professional service bids for the project as described in the tender. Delivery schedule The successful bidder must, in accordance with the "Mandate Schedule" article, submit a detailed schedule of its activities to the City representative for approval. He will notably have to respect the following deadlines: Issuance of the preliminary PGA-Water no later than 31 August 2026; Production of the final PGA-Eau before October 31, 2026. The contractor has full responsibility for achieving the set objectives and ensuring quality, compliance and timeliness in all stages of the project. He will have to put in place the necessary resources, monitor the progress of the work and regularly inform the City of the progress. In the event of delay or difficulty, the contractor must propose appropriate solutions to ensure the completion of the work within the allotted time.
