Reference Number 0000396083 The State of Colorado, Department of Corrections (CDOC), is soliciting the submittal of qualifications from firms to provide architectural and engineering services for the replacement of rooftop mechanical system components and EIFS system repair in connection to a hail event affecting Denver Reception and Diagnostic Center (DRDC) and Denver Womens Correction Facility (DWCF). This insurance claim project consists of partial rooftop mechanical system components replacement as indicated in the corresponding insurance reports for both DRDC and DWCF. Additionally, DWCF requires significant repairs to the original EIFS system used throughout the facility. Close coordination with the State's insurance provider is required. Please note that roof system repairs are not included in this solicitation. Questions and requests for clarifications regarding this project shall be submitted before the deadline listed in the above Schedule. Communication regarding the project during the procurement, outside of this submission process or scheduled procurement milestones is not permitted.
