All work shall be performed in accordance with the terms, conditions, drawings and specifications contained in this document. USDA-ARS requires replacement of failed Chilled Water Coil. The existing Chilled Water Coil within 6300 cfm, Air Enterprises (735 Glaser Parkway, Akron Ohio 44306, airenterprises.com) Air Handling Unit, s/n 4558-01/2014, located in the Penthouse Mechanical Room must be removed and recycled. The installation of a new exact replacement is to be performed.
