Cbsa Requests the Following Work: Supply & Install Air Conditioning Sufficient to Fully Cool the Office Space at the Chief Mountain Port of Entry. The Building is Approximately 210 Sq.m. With Office Space Occupying Approximately 13.5 Sq.m. The Reception Area is Open to the Lobby With a High Ceiling Open to the Loft, Kitchen, and Office Area Upstairs. The Client Would Prefer the a/c Be Tied Into the Forced Air System/furnace, if Possible. Tasks May Include but Are Not Limited to: Supply & Install 2 (Two) Evap Coils, 2 (Two) Condensing Units. Evap Coil, Condensate Pump. cooling Only Units Units With Low Gwp Refrigerants ( 750) Shall Be Considered as Per the Most Recent Greening Government Strategy. Low-ambient Cut-out. Supply & Install Refrigerant Lines Supply & Install Hanging Accessories, Re-use Where Possible Supply & Install New Power Lines as Required, Re-use Power and Accessories Where Possible Supply & Install New Condensate Drain Lines as Required, to Closest Available Drain Point Supply & Install Concrete Pads or Wall Brackets, Supply & Install New Rubber Pads for New Condensing Unit(S) Supply & Install New Stand-alone Thermostats Start-up & Run-test. All Systems Should Be Connected to the Emergency Backup Power if Possible; Consultant to Confirm. TIMELINE: Request for Quotations from consultants is underway. The successful proponent is to perform preliminary site investigation, perform a Heat Load Calculation to ensure proper design and suitable equipment selection; followed by providing an estimate for adding a/c to the Pil Booth.
