Demolition and site work for an educational facility in Memphis, Michigan. Completed plans call for the demolition of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
Bid#4.1 Athletic Demo Accepted Bidders will be required, as a condition precedent to award of Contract, to furnish, satisfactory Performance Bond and Payment Bond and Certificates of Insurance as required in the Project Manual Project is subject to state sales and/or use taxes and Bidder is required to include such taxes in its Bid Proposal. Project is subject to prevailing wage rates. Bidders shall not withdraw or revoke Bid Proposals for a period of 90 Days after date for receipt of Bid Proposals. Bidders will be required to submit with their Bid Proposals a Bid Security, in the amount of 5% of base bid, by a qualified surety authorized to do business in the state where the Project is located. Bidders with an Experience Modification Rate (EMR) greater than 1.0 may not be considered for contract award. The successful bidder will be required to enter into a contract with Memphis Community Schools on the AIA Document A132-2019 Standard Form of Agreement between Owner and Contractor, Construction Manager as Advisor Edition. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers.
