Balfour Beatty is seeking to pre-qualify general trades, fencing, clearing, and sitework contractors to submit bids for the furnishing of labor, material, and equipment for the following project: Runway 5L-23R Replacement - Grading and Drainage Package. In accordance with the SBE Program, the Authority will require that the selected firm must either meet the SBE goals or demonstrate that the bidder has made sufficient good faith efforts to meet the SBE goals. The SBE goals for each bid package will be issued with the Bid Manual. It is the policy of the RDU Authority that neither the Authority, its contractors, service providers, subcontractors nor vendors, shall discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, or gender in the award and performance of contracts, subcontracts and purchases.
