NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Orange County, Florida, henceforth referred to as the County is accepting sealed bids for University Shores Sewer Improvements Package No. 4 (Y25-799) Installation of cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) lining for existing gravity sanitary sewers, lining existing manholes, seal and coat existing manholes. Question Deadline 09/03/2025 at 5:00 PM ET online Q & A Installation of cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) lining for existing gravity sanitary sewers, lining existing manholes, seal and coat existing manholes. This Contract is for Gravity R/R Package 4 Gravity Systems Improvements as shown on the Drawings and specified herein. The Work consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials for the construction of the facilities consisting of, but not limited to the expansion of or improvements to the equipment and structures associated with the following: 1. Cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) lining 15,358 linear feet of 8-inch gravity main; CIPP lining 7,762 linear feet of 10-inch gravity main; CIPP lining 395 linear feet of 12- inch gravity main; CIPP lining of service laterals and installation of service cleanouts as determined by the County. 2. Cleaning sanitary sewer gravity mains and service laterals 3. Mechanical Root and Grease Removal from gravity mains and laterals 4. Mechanical Tuberculation Removal from gravity mains 5. Bypass Pumping for gravity mains 6. All gravity mains and laterals to be CIPP lined shall be televised by the CCTV contractor prior to CIPP lining and after CIPP lining. 7. All manholes to be Lined or Seal and Coated shall be televised by the CCTV contractor prior to Lining or Seal and Coated and after Lining or Seal and Coated. 8. See the Gravity Main and Manhole tables located on the construction drawings for specific subarea Work. B. CCTV Inspection of gravity mains only: 1. Contractor shall provide each and every item of expense necessary for providing sanitary sewer and manhole cleaning and digital CCTV and manhole inspection services, hereinafter referred to Work. 2. Contractor shall submit a weekly progress reports and any CCTV inspection data. C. The Work shall include but not necessarily be limited to: 1. Light, medium and heavy cleaning of selected sanitary sewers and manholes 2. Closed circuit televising (CCTV) of selected sanitary sewers and manholes 3. Creation of a digital database of sewer information D. For lining and replacement of gravity mains 1. The Work shall include the lining of 23,515 linear feet of gravity mains. 2. The CCTV inspection work also includes the following: a. Installation of service lateral cleanouts is required on all laterals. Laterals shall be televised by a CCTV Contractor after cleanouts have been installed on all service laterals. The County will authorize the specific service lateral work to be performed by the Contractor after the County's review. The Contractor shall re-televise the laterals after the Work (lining or repair) has been completed.
