CTE Facility Multi-purpose Facility As of September 25, 2025, the bid tabulation has been closed and is being presented to the owner at the next board meeting. The awarded construction manager has released this project for sub bidding and has split the CTE Facility and Multi-Purpose Facility into separate bids. The CTE Facility is a proposed STEM Lab and teaching facility. The Multipurpose Building will have an indoor sports arena, offices and additional lab space. This is new construction of a multi-purpose facility including a full-sized 120-yd indoor turf field for sports practice/marching band activities, athletic amenities including weight rooms, batting cages, and golf simulator. Construction is anticipated to start October 15, 2025 and will take approximately three years to complete. The district reserves the right to, before awarding the contract, to require additional evidence of qualifications, licensing, and previous experience if deemed necessary. Contractors will be required to provide a Performance and Payment Bond, submit proof of liability insurance and workers compensation.
