USACE Easement SewerUpsizing Project No. 23461 The City of Pasco (City), is soliciting a Statement ofQualifications (SOQ) from qualified Consultants registered in the State of Washington toprovide professional engineering services for the design of City's USACE Easement (CSP's -17, 20, & 21) Sewer Main Upsizing. The selected Consultant will be tasked with provideprofessional engineering services for the design of the improvements through portions ofthe City's USACE Easement (CSP's - 17, 20, & 21), to upsize the existing gravity sewermains from their existing 30- or 36-inch diameter to 54-inch diameter pipe. As thesesections of the sewer system are the main sewer feed to the Wastewater treatment Plantfrom the West portion of the City, the sewer flow needs to remain active for the duration ofthis project. Assist in permitting during design and construction. Technical questions regarding the scope of this project should be put in writing and directedto both City Representatives listed in Section 1.10 below, no less than three (3) workingdays prior to the time that submittals are due. There is no pre-proposal meeting for theseprojects prior to submission of the Statement of Qualifications. Projects funded wholly or inpart by Federal appropriations must comply with Code of Federal Regulations; 24 CFR570.502, 24 CFR 85.36, 2 CFR 200.
