Notice is hereby given that the South Columbia Basin Irrigation District (District) is seeking statements of qualifications (SOQ) and performance data from qualified consulting firms for non-destructive inspection, analysis, and structural assessment of sections of the WB44 pipeline constructed of prestressed concrete cylinder pipe (PCCP). To receive consideration, all responses must be submitted in accordance with the instructions provided in the RFQ. Failure to provide the requested information may result in disqualification of the submittal. Modifications to submissions may be made prior to the date and time specified for receipt of submissions. The District reserves the right to reject any and all responses and has the right at its sole discretion to accept the submittal it considers most favorable to the District's interest and the right to waive minor irregularities in procedures. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
