Renovation of a water / sewer project in Stamford, Connecticut. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
All questions regarding the solicitation must be submitted online. Deadline for questions September 2, 2025 @ 11:59 P.M. Questions must be submitted online via the Clarifications feature in ProcureWare Demolition of existing metal “can” type wastewater pumping station, including all equipment inside the below grade structure, to the depth below grade as shown on the Drawings. b. Abatement of hazardous materials . c. Demolition of existing wet well top and installation of new wet well precast concrete top section with integral access hatch. d. Installation of two (2) wet pit submersible pumps, pump controls (level probe, backup float switches, and duplex pump control panel), pump discharge piping, and stilling well. e. Installation of new precast concrete valve vault with integral accesshatch f. Installation of electrical enclosure that houses electrical components and an emergency generator each on separate concrete equipment pads. g. Site restoration and landscaping improvements
