Cove Marina Utilities Upgrade . Clarification Deadline : 10/01/2025 11:59 PM. ( All questions regarding the solicitation must be submitted online). Bid Deposit: 5% PROJECT SCOPE A. The work to be performed under this Contract shall include all labor, materials, equipment, services and incidentals required to perform the proposed construction as indicated in the Specifications, shown on the Contract Drawings and/or as approved by the City's Designated Representative. B. In general, the work shall include, but not be limited to, the following: 1. Mobilization 2. Temporary Protection of existing features to remain 3. All work including but not limited to: a. Furnishing and installing power pedestals and fire extinguisher pedestals b. Furnishing and installing wireways, panelboards, conduit, and wiring c. Furnishing and installing corrosion-resistant supports and junction boxes d. Furnishing and installing safety ladders on floating docks e. Furnishing and installing domestic water piping connected to power pedestals f. Furnishing and installing related fittings, valves, and connections g. Coordinating and tying-in water and sewer utilities with the City h. Performing temporary removal and restoration of rip-rap revetment as required i. Installing all equipment and piping in compliance with FEMA Design Flood Elevation (DFE) and applicable codes
