Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in Stamford, Connecticut. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Children's Learning Center Office (CLC) will be accepting sealed bids from General & Home Improvement Contractors Replace the Kitchenette Cabinets, Countertop & Sinks at the Hillandale Childcare Facility All contractors that submitted a bid will be notified via email with the bid results as well. Contractors also must have General & Workman's Compensation Insurance for the project. The City of Stamford & CLC reserves the right to reject any or all bids in whole or in part, or to waive any informalities in the bidding if it is determined to be in the best interest of the Organization. This bid is subject to Community Development Block Grant Regulations, Federal Equal Opportunity Laws. Davis Bacon Wage Rates apply
