Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, and transportation necessary to install approximately 166 feet of black vinyl-coated chain link fencing on two concrete pads housing a backup generator, transfer switch, and other electrical equipment. The fencing will be 8 feet high and include three 4-foot-wide personnel gates and one 24-foot-wide double gate, all with pad lockable fork latches and tamper-proof hardware. Fence posts will be core-drilled and grouted into the concrete pads, which are 18 inches thick. All materials must be new and unused. The contractor must comply with safety standards outlined in EM 385-1-1 and OSHA regulations, submit required safety documentation, and attend a pre-construction conference. The period of performance is 90 calendar days from contract award, with work permitted Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. The contractor is responsible for site security, environmental protection, and cleanup, and must provide all necessary permits and licenses.
