Renovation of a mixed-use development in Stamford, Connecticut. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Only those Contract Documents obtained in this manner will enable a prospective bidder to be identified as an official plan holder of record. The Provider takes no responsibility for the completeness of Contract Documents obtained from other sources. Contract Documents obtained from other sources may not be accurate or may not contain addenda that may have been issued. All bid addenda will be submitted to registered plan holders via email and will be available online Plan holders who have paid for hard copies of the bid documents will need to make the determination if hard copies of the addenda are required for their use, and coordinate directly with the printer for hard copies of the addenda to be issued. There will be no charge for registered plan holders to obtain hard copies of the bid addenda. Any questions on the bid documents must be formally submitted to the Engineer of Record and Owner using the Request for information form provided in the documents. Question will not be responded to within 8 days of the bid date. Proposal must be submitted on the Form provided by the Engineer with all blanks appropriately filled in. They must be submitted in a sealed envelope bearing on the outside the name and address of the bidder, title of the Project as noted above, and contract that the bidder is bidding. All bid prices shall be filled in, both in words and figures. Signatures shall be in ink and in longhand. Proposals which are incomplete, conditional, or obscure may be rejected as informal. No oral or telephonic proposals or modifications of proposals will be considered. All accompanying documentation should be included. Lump Sum Bids will be received for One (1) HVAC Contract #1 Proposal must be submitted on the Form provided by the Engineer with all blanks appropriately filled in. They must be submitted in a sealed envelope bearing on the outside the name and address of the bidder, title of the Project as noted above, and contract that the bidder is bidding Disconnect, demolish, and remove HVAC systems, equipment, and components indicated to be removed. 1. Ducts to Be Removed: Remove portion of ducts indicated to be removed and plug remaining ducts with same or compatible ductwork material. 2. Ducts to Be Abandoned in Place: Cap or plug ducts with same or compatible ductwork material. 3. Equipment to Be Removed: Disconnect and cap services and remove equipment. 4. Equipment to Be Removed and Reinstalled: Disconnect and cap services and remove, clean, and store equipment; when appropriate, reinstall, reconnect, and make equipment operational. 5. Equipment to Be Removed and Salvaged: Disconnect and cap services and remove equipment for disposal.
