Reference Number 0000395836 The Oklahoma City Water Utilities Trust (OCWUT) has identified certain portions of the water and sanitary sewer distribution system that must be replaced or rehabilitated within the Project Area, which is bounded by Interstate 40/I-40 crosstown to the south and Interstate 44/Lake Hefner Parkway/State Highway 74 to the west. Each contract will include engineering and construction management services for improvement projects to rehabilitate and/or replace approximately 30,000 to 40,000 linear feet of pressurized water mains, and 5,000 to 15,000 linear feet of sanitary sewer pipeline and attached appurtenances. A work plan will be provided to the Engineer specifying the location and configuration of the water and sanitary sewer assets that require renewal and/or improvements. The primary system assets are 12-inch diameter or smaller water and sanitary sewer pipelines located mainly in residential neighborhoods and light commercial areas. Additional system assets could include adjoining manholes, valves, fittings, and other appurtenances. Multiple work orders are anticipated to be issued for various locations in the Project Area. Water and sanitary sewer assets identified in the work order(s) may be combined in one or more projects to be solicited for construction. All services for assigned segments shall be completed within one ( 1) year of work order date. The contracts will be a one (1) year term with the option to renew for one ( 1) additional one (I) year term for a total of two (2) years.
