Attention of bidders is directed to certain requirements of this contract which require payment of DavisBacon prevailing wage rates, and compliance with certain local, state and federal requirements. This is a Federally funded project, pursuant to 29 CFR Parts 1, 3, and 5 as amended. The City of Danbury reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids, and unless specified otherwise, to award the contract within thirty working days to the Bidder deemed to be for the best interest of the City of Danbury. Pursuant to and in accordance with the Invitation to Bid, Instructions to Bidders, and specifications relating thereto, the undersigned agrees to furnish and install two (2) each Mitsubishi Heat Pumps #MXZ-2C20NA4U1 (20,000 BTU), one (1) Mitsubishi Air Handler #MSZ-GS06NA (6,000 BTU) in the small office, one (1) Mitsubishi Air Handler #MSZ-GS09NA (9,000 BTU) in the medium office, one (1) Mitsubishi Air Handler #MSZ-GS12NA (12,000 BTU) in the large office, one (1) Mitsubishi Air Handler #MSZ-GS15NA (15,000 BTU) in the kitchen and all labor, materials, tools and supplies required for a complete installation at the Homeless Shelter 98 Elm St. Danbury, CT 06810, per all pertinent local, state and federal regulations that may apply, and as per the following detailed specifications; The two (2) new Mitsubishi M series ductless heat pump systems are to be installed to service 3 offices and 1 kitchen. New refrigeration lines, line hide and condensate removal systems will be installed. A new electrical feed will be installed from the existing panel. The outdoor unit will be set on wall brackets.
