Est. Completion Date: Nov. 15, 2025. Pre-Bid Meeting Info: There will be no pre-bid conference for this project. Airport Equipment, Airport Lighting, Electrical and Controls, Electrical Equipment & Supplies, Directional Bore, Traffic Control Devices (Signals, Signing, etc.), Directional Drilling, Lighting Systems, Electrical Installation/Construction, Bored Conduit, Traffic Control, Signage, Landscaping - Seeding, Electrical. The Project includes the following Work: Runway lighting replacement, beacon replacement, wind cone replacement and new signing. Doc note: The designated website will be updated periodically with addenda, lists of registered plan holders, reports, and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through online. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the designated website. The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: Bollig Engineering, 1721 Technology Drive NE, Suite 100, Willmar, MN 56201. Prospective Bidders may obtain or examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. and may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office as described below. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. Printed copies of the Bidding Documents may be obtained from the Issuing Office by paying a deposit of $100.00 for each set. Bidders who return full sets of the Bidding Documents in good condition within 10 days after receipt of Bids will receive a full refund. Non-Bidders, and Bidders who obtain more than one set of the Bidding Documents, will receive a refund of $60 for documents returned in good condition within the time limit indicated above. Make deposit checks for Bidding Documents payable to Bollig Engineering. Download delivery fee is $40.00, file size is 16 MB . Question Deadline 09/09/2025 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing.
