The Beaufort-Jasper Water & Sewer Authority is seeking contractors for the complete rehabilitation of the existing Lady's Island 2 elevated water tank to extend useful life of asset. Per Contract Documents, this includes, but is not necessarily limited to, repair, prep, cleaning, blasting of interior and exterior, and the painting/finishing of the interior and exterior surfaces, as specified in contract documents and as needed for a complete and proper installation. Per the Contract Documents, this includes, but is not necessarily limited to, repair, prep, cleaning, blasting of interior and exterior, and the painting/finishing of the interior and exterior surfaces, as needed for a complete and proper installation. Due to water demand tank shutdown will be November 1st, 2025- March 1st, 2026. All existing equipment, antennas and cabling for Verizon, T-Mobile and BJWSA SCADA will be removed before notice to proceed. Deliverables: Monthly status report (email) stating task percent completed, as well as any information requested not yet received. Scope of Work: Complete rehabilitation of the existing Lady's Island 2 elevated water tank to extend useful life of asset. Per Contract Documents, this includes, but is not necessarily limited to, repair, prep, cleaning, blasting of interior and exterior, and the painting/finishing of the interior and exterior surfaces, as specified in contract documents and as needed for a complete and proper installation. A detailed scope of work shall be found in the Specifications and Appendices A-B. Contractor shall provide 30,000 gallons of total daily storage capacity with hydro pneumatic or bladder tank. This tank will be connected to the system with all the connections needed provided by contractor. Tank is temporary and only needs to be on-site for the duration of the tank rehab. Afterwards it is the Contractor's responsibility to remove from the site, disconnect the temporary tank from the water distribution system, and reconnect the water main to the Lady's Island 2 elevated tank. Items included but not limited to -30,000 gallons of total daily storage capacity with hydro pneumatic or bladder tank. -All hoses needed to connect tank to system during shutdown and rehab of tank until completion. -All relief valves needed. -Any and all components needed to connect to mission SCADA system. -Delivery to and from project site
