The Mountain Creek Road Maintenance Project involves rehabilitating approximately 90 LF of 72" corrugated metal pipe using centrifugally cast concrete pipe (CCCP), replacing the upstream headwall, installing upstream stream bed protection, and replacing part of the driveway at 5775 Mountain Creek Road. The contractor is required to submit a traffic control plan for the City's review and approval prior to lane closures. During construction one lane of the roadway must be open at all times. The contractor is responsible for linking to the permitted City Project as well as applying for a Rightof-Way Utility Permit. Detailed daily reports, including photographs, will be required as part of this project.
