Description: The purpose of this bid invitation is to establish a contract for supply and delivery of temporary fencing to the State of New Hampshire with product list and requirements indicated in the SCOPE OF WORK and OFFER sections of this bid invitation, in accordance with the requirements of this bid invitation and any resulting contract. All work shall be completed in a reasonable time frame as mutually agreed upon with agency and vendor. 8/25/2025 Last day for questions, clarifications, and/or requested changes to bid Any questions, clarifications, and/or requested changes shall be submitted by an individual authorized to commit their organization to the Terms and Conditions of this bid and shall be received in writing at the no later than 2:00 PM on the date listed in the timeline below. Questions shall not be submitted to anyone other than the BID CONTACT or his/her representative. Bidders that submit questions verbally or in writing to any other State entity or State personnel shall be found in violation of this part and may be found non-compliant. 11/1/2025 Target Implementation of Contract The term of the contract shall commence upon approval of the Governor and Executive council with a completion date of November 15, 2025. The award shall be made to the Vendor meeting the criteria established in this RFB and providing the lowest cost in total. The State reserves the right to reject any or all bids or any part thereof and add/delete items/locations to the contract. All award(s) shall be, in the form of a State of New Hampshire Contract. Successful Vendor shall not be allowed to require any other type of order, nor shall the successful Vendor be allowed to require the filling out or signing of any other document by State of New Hampshire personnel. Scope of Services 1. Provide temporary pedestrian fencing to cover approximately 4,000 feet meeting safety and durability standards suitable for crowd control and outdoor use. 2. Deliver fencing materials and equipment to the project site, coordinate delivery with the site contact, and provide pickup and removal upon project completion. 3. Install fencing panels in the designated areas, ensuring proper stabilization, alignment, and secure connections, and remove fencing at the conclusion of the rental period. 4. Remove all debris, packaging, and installation-related waste from the project site and leave the area in clean condition following removal of fencing. 5. Ensure compliance with all applicable safety regulations, state park requirements, and site-specific directives, and provide necessary equipment, tools, and labor to complete the scope.
