Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Amboy, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
**As of September 23 ,2025, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** The Project includes the following Work: 1,026 LF open cut watermain, 475 LF open cut sanitary sewer, 1,260 LF open cut storm sewer , 4,637 SY bituminous paving, 1,795 LF curb and gutter, and 234 SF concrete sidewalk. Est. Completion Date: Aug. 15, 2026 Docs notes : may be purchased online under the bidding tab through online for $40. Printed copies of the Bidding Documents may be obtained from the Issuing Office by paying a deposit of $100 for each set. Bidders who return full sets of the Bidding Documents in good condition within 10 days after receipt of Bids will receive a refund of $60.00 for documents returned in good condition within the time limit indicated above. Download delivery fee is $40.00, Question Deadline 09/02/2025 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing.
