Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
**As of October 8th, 2025, the project was awarded to Pember Companies, Inc, Inc, with an awarded amount of $836,835.76.** The Project includes the furnishing of all labor and materials for the construction complete in-place, of the following: Removals, earthwork, storm pipe installation, site electrical, asphalt paving, concrete paving, splash pad, playground equipment, seeding and erosion control. The City Council reserves the right to reject any and all Bids and to waive any Bids received without explanation. No oral interpretation shall be made to the Contractor as to the meaning of any of the Contract Documents, or to modify any of the provisions of the Contract Documents. Every request for an interpretation shall be made in writing and addressed and forwarded to the Engineer. The City will not be responsible for any other explanation or interpretation of the Plans and Specifications. Questions as to meaning of Plans and Specifications shall be interpreted by the Engineer, whose decision shall be final and binding on all parties concerned
