Site work and addition to a transportation facility in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the addition of a one-story above grade transportation facility; and one-story above grade transportation facility.
This project involves work at the Flying Cloud Executive building to provide equipment replacement and additions. Mechanical work includes new make-up air units, exhaust fans, rooftop units, and a mini split cooling unit. Architectural, structural, and electrical work is included to support the mechanical scope, such as new gypsum walls, masonry wall penetrations, roofing penetrations, steel supports, and power connections. No oral interpretation will be made to any Bidder as to the meaning of the specification or of the Drawings incorporated therein by reference or otherwise.
