The Work of this Contract is located at side of a local street (Bren Road East) near OPUS Station in Minnetonka (10980 Bren Rd E. Minnetonka, MN 55343) B. The Bren Road East Trail Drainage Project shall include the furnishing of all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to complete the storm sewer, restoration, and appurtenant work as shown on the Plans and specified herein C. All work must be accomplished compliant with OSHA regulations, as expressed in 29CFR1910 and 29CFR1926. Further, all contractors must identify their Designated Competent Person to the CAR
