No Bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days. Question Deadline 08/21/2025 If any person contemplating the submission of a bid for the proposed Contract is in doubt as to the true meaning of any part of the Plans, Specifications, or other Contract Documents, he or she may submit to the City Engineer a written request for an interpretation thereof at least 7 days prior to the bid deadline
