The Maryland Department of Transportation (MDOT) State Highway Administration (SHA) Easton Maintenance Facility is soliciting bids for a contractor to provide excavation services in Talbot County on an "as need" basis. The contractor must provide an Excavator with 18-ton minimum weight with 18-foot minimum reach and scoop buckets 24 to 48 inches wide, job dependent for excavating with experienced operator. The operator must have a minimum of two (2) years' experience. The contractor must provide and operate a transit laser level to maintain elevation as well. Small business reserve. Small Business Reserve Designation Yes.
