Renovation of a fitness / recreation center in Miami Gardens, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center.
The City of Miami Gardens is requesting licensed Contractors to remove, install and furnish flooring for the Betty T. Ferguson Recreational Center Fitness Room Flooring. The Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, equipment, materials, incidentals, etc. in order to perform all items described in the Scope of Work. All work shall be performed in a workmanlike and professional manner. All work shall be performed in accordance with all local, State, and federal regulations NON-MANDATORY Attendance at the pre-bid meeting is NOT mandatory. This information session presents an opportunity for bidders to clarify any concerns regarding the bid requirements. Minority-Owned, Woman-Owned, and Small Business Enterprises are encouraged to respond to this solicitation. A Bid Bond / Performance Bond is NOT REQUIRED for this project.
