The City of Miami Gardens is requesting sealed proposals from qualified General Contractors to provide development and construction concepts for a Hotel and Parking Garage on a 33,750 sq. ft. city-owned space adjacent to the Performing Arts Center (119,329 sq. ft.). Contractors must have previous experience in these services and be licensed to engage in contracting under FSS 489.119. All Prospective Bidders/respondents Are Hereby Cautioned Not to Contact Any Member of the City of Miami Gardens Staff or Officials Other Than the Specified Contact Person. Minority-Owned, Woman-Owned, and Small Business Enterprises are encouraged to respond to this solicitation. Questions Must be Received By November 16, 2025 City Council Award Approval Feb 2026
