Engineer's Estimate: $ 7,232,736 - Base Bid $ 2,584,050 - Additive Alternate 1 $ 4,224,000 - Additive Alternate 2 (Remove and Replace Base Bid Items 7, 13, 18) $ 300,000 - Additive Alternate 3 No Pre-bid Meeting is scheduled for this project, which is located within the City of Vacaville, CA 95687. Attention is directed to bid bond requirements. The following are required BID BOND OF 10% OF THE BASE BID AMOUNT PERFORMANCE BOND OF 100% OF THE CONTRACT PRICE PAYMENT BOND OF 100% OF THE CONTRACT PRICE The City also reserves the right to waive any irregularities in any proposal or bid. Proposals in which the prices are obviously unbalanced may be rejected.
