Attention is directed to bid bond requirements. The following are required BID BOND OF 10% OF THE BASE BID AMOUNT PERFORMANCE BOND OF 100% OF THE CONTRACT PRICE PAYMENT BOND OF 100% OF THE CONTRACT PRICE The City also reserves the right to waive any irregularities in any proposal or bid.
