Construction of concrete streets patching improvements which is generally described as removal and replacement of approximately 6,400 square yards of concrete street pavement in Charlemagne Subdivision, Sky Harbor Business Park, and Shannon Road located in the Village of Northbrook, Illinois. Tentative Date of Board Approval of Bids: Tuesday, October 14, 2025 No interpretation of the documents included within the Bid Package will be made except by written addendum duly issued by Owner ("Addendum"). No interpretation not contained in an Addendum shall be valid or have any force or effect whatever, nor entitle any Bidder to assert any claim or demand against Owner on account thereof. All Addenda issued prior to the opening of Bidder's Proposals shall become a part of the Bid Package. Each prospective Bidder shall be responsible for inquiring from time to time as to the availability of Addenda. If any prospective Bidder is in doubt as to the true meaning of any part of the Bid Package, such prospective Bidder shall submit to Owner a written request for an interpretation thereof as far in advance of the scheduled opening of Bidder's Proposals as possible. Owner shall use its best efforts to issue Addenda in response to all valid, appropriate and timely inquiries, but accepts no responsibility for doing so. Inquiries not answered by Addenda shall be considered invalid, inappropriate and untimely inquiries.
